Agneau de Pré-Salé

We stock many speciality meats, however, as one of our most popular we recommend  ‘agneau de pré-salé’: lamb with a rich and very distinctive flavour alongside a delightfully juicy texture. 

This specific lamb is raised in salt marsh meadows and graze on grass with a high salinity and iodine content which makes their meat naturally so flavoursome that it only requires a little salt and pepper seasoning to bring out its magical taste. Ultimately it is considered a particularly prized delicacy.

Due to its limited availability, this particular item is only accessible from early June until the end of summer.
