Caviar Yacht Provisions
Caviar is best enjoyed on its own, served with a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve its pure taste. For pairing, vodka, champagne, or sake work beautifully to enhance its rich, briny profile. For those less accustomed to it, blinis or toast make a great accompaniment—but avoid lemon, as it can overpower the caviar’s natural flavour.

French Truffles for Yachts
French truffles are known worldwide for their unique aroma and exquisite flavour, with several varieties harvested throughout the year. The Périgord black truffle, or "black diamond of the kitchen," is the most famous, thriving in regions like Périgord and Provence during winter, with peak season from December to February. Equally notable is the summer truffle,
'tuber aestivum', or "truffe d'ete'
which offers a milder, nutty flavour and is harvested from May to August, making it a favourite for lighter dishes.

Foie Gras for Yachts
Renowned as one of the ultimate symbols of French gastronomy, foie gras has a heritage spanning over 4,500 years, with its origins traced to ancient Egypt, where geese were first fattened for their rich livers. In France, this tradition has evolved into a cornerstone of culinary excellence, offering everything from fresh raw lobes to exquisite terrines. Whether you seek fresh, frozen, or ready-to-serve, we can source any variety to perfectly complement your culinary creations.
